8 Week Gymnastics Workout Series Series
Led by Gymnastics Seminar Trainees Mohammed Hassan, Priscila Baptisa, and Michael Aaron. These sessions are open to all athletes.

When:
Beginning Sunday, May 16th at 10:45-11:45 AM
Continues on Sundays in May through June and July.

How Much:
$85 unlimited class option
15% discount for CFM Gold Members
$20 for single session drop-in for CFM Members
$25 for single session drop-in for Atlanta area CrossFit athletes

What you need:
Grips for hanging movements. We have WODies grips for sale at the CFM proshop.

What:
Gymnastics Training and Workout Session (warm-up, skill demo, practice, short workout to reinforce skill development , cool-down)
Workout will be released each weekend. This is an all-levels workout (with scaling options) and appropriate for new athletes to CrossFit yet challenging for advanced members.

Throughout the next 10 weeks we will be conducting:
8 gymnastics sessions*
2 mobility sessions
*The gymnastics session will cover progressions, scaling, and training templates for the major gymnastics movements. Included in the workshop will be Handstands, Kipping & Butterfly Pullups, Toes to Bar, Ring Dips, Ring Muscle-ups, Pistols, Handstand Push-ups, and Handstand Walking.

Sunday, June 13th: Handstands and Walking
Sunday, June 20th: Bar Muscle Ups
Sunday, June 27th: Pistols and HSPU
Sunday, July 11th: Kipping & Butterfly Pull Ups
Sunday, July 18th: Ring Muscle Ups
